We have been compiling the impact of social media on marketing. This is one of our trend analyses about rethinking the customer relationship. To start with, there are three things that need to be considered. First, the ability to identify the individual customer; second, the need to develop an individual relationship with this customer; and finally, using the customer to help you design product and service offerings.
So here we are, halfway through my eight items for success. We just talked about the hiring process and hopefully you have hired some really great people. So, once hired, now motivate them. But how do you do this…how do you challenge them? You have limited resources and yet, remember; you need these people to help build your company.
